- All of our inspections are conducted personally by George Massey, so you may be assured that your inspector is both experienced and is working directly for you; not the seller or the real estate company.

- We encourage you to be present during the inspection, so that you may ask questions directly to your inspector.
- A written report is provided the same day as the inspection and it will be sent to
you (or a person of your choosing) by E-
mail. Photos of deficiencies will be included in the report.
- Our inspection fees are based upon the list price of the house we are inspecting for you. Please call for pricing and any additional Information you may need.
